SMC vinylester avec Fibre de Carbone

Polynt-SMCarbon 24 and 26 are the families of sheet molding composites material based on Vinyl ester resin reinforced with carbon fibers (12K-3K or 50K) with lengths ranging from 12mm to 50mm. It is produced in sheets of 1000 mm width and 2-3 mm thickness and it can be packed in rolls or boxes.
These materials are particularly suitable for compression molding of flat medium to large specifications.
Main features of Polynt-SMCarbon are the new chopped aesthetic surfaces (Carbon Look), versatility of use according to the technology (compression molding and autoclave) and ability to adjust the formula in order to optimize the product for the specific applications.
