Description
is a solvent-based cleaner specially designed for flushing urethane foam dispensing equipment. Non-Gelling GUN FLUSH replaces acetone and other hazardous and/or highly flammable solvents in equipment flushing applications. Flush through urethane dispensing equipment maximizing both line pressure and dispensing head rotation. Increase the air purge after flushing to thoroughly dry the dispensing head. May be reused by simply filtering between uses. The number of times it can be reused depends on the waste solids level in the used material. It will remain liquid with waste solid levels up to 35-40%. Non-Gelling GUN FLUSH is safe for use on most elastomeric gaskets and seals. It should not be used with Viton® and polyurethane seals.
