POLYNT COMPOSITES BRAZIL LTDA
Polynt plant in Mogi das Cruzes – SP/Brazil was founded in 1976 in an area of 324.000 sqm.
Designed to serve with high flexibility, it serves as a multipurpose site producing both Coatings and Composites, Alkyds, Epoxies, Polyesters, Phenolics, Urethanes, Gel Coats, Pigmented Pastes.
The latest expansion happened back in 2000, with two new reactors for UPR and PCR capacity expansion. It currently counts on 13 reactors, with a 24/6 shift.
With a constant focus on health, safety and environment aspects in its operations, the plant implemented a RTO – Regenerative Thermic Oxidizer – in 2006 as to ensure the reduction of any odors caused by its operations to the local community.
Polynt plant in Mogi das Cruzes is ISO 9001 Certified since 1996, and besides producing quality products to serve its customers in the Coatings and Composites industries, it also has technical support structure with different labs and technical personnel to provide any necessary assistance to its customers.
Nominal production capacity of 52.000 tons / year.
Factory purchased by Polynt in 2017.
